Registration Fee: $75.00 Processing fee: $25.00. This service is valid for 90 days from the date of registration. We do not guarantee that the client will find a satisfactory rental through our sources. We will guarantee Updated/Viable Rentals that match your criteria either through our web site or via Customer service.  

We will set as many appointments as it takes for you to find a suitable rental. If you miss appointments we will no longer set appointments for you, But we will continue to supply you with UPDATED RENTAL INFORMATION at your request.  All contracts between client and landlord must be directly made.  North Jersey Rentals neither represents nor is agent for any party.  This service is non-assignable and non-transferable.  Any unauthorized use will result in termination. 

We have not physically inspected the premises of any rentals given out.  If promises or other representations are made to you the consumer, by A REPRESENTATIVE OF Central Jersey Rentals., you must get these promises in writing and signed by both parties involved.  You must get a copy of any additional terms which are to be incorporated in the contract and are made as part thereof. All Sales Final - No Refunds!
